On top of making sure that you are wearing the correct bra size, you should also make sure that you are looking after your breasts in themselves.

T - Touch
L - Look
C- Check
This should be done regularly, by yourself, or anyone you trust, and if you do, it's important to get it checked as soon as possible, to rule anything out....
