The condition is usually caused by an imbalance of hormones during puberty and can disappear without treatment after a couple of years.
"Moobs" - as some glossy mags refer to are just as much of a problem as big femal breats. Maybe even worse. Big boobs with women is considered womenly, even motherly (which i find more negative) big breast on man, however, look somewhat wrong. But what's a man gonna do? Luckily we (women) can cover-up nicely.

man boobs? what makes me wonder is that some actually keep growing until they are double d's then the boy grows with boobs ad i dont think theres a treatmnt for that may be surgery !
